Alaska HDTV is a production of Perfect Blend Media. We created Perfect Blend Media as a business entity to hold Alaska HDTV until we we’re ready to spin it off into its own business. Alaska HDTV is currently a show with Scott Slone as your host, sharing destinations, activities and adventures from areas all around Alaska.
Never fear, we are not abandoning the podcast or our shows with Scott Slone. The number of shows we produce for the podcast may vary as we are transitioning and managing both TV and the online shows…but they’ll always be here.

Alaska has profoundly shaped me into who I am today, and I’ve been blessed to have been raised in such an amazing territory of the United States. I’ve grown up playing in a landscape that has the most expansive and diverse habitat than anywhere else in our Union.
We’re truly excited to have Alaska Airlines as a premiere advertiser and want to publicly thank all those who got behind us. There are quite a few people that helped bring this deal together, but a special thanks to Alaska TravelGram, Explore Tours, Wong Doody and of course the marketing folks at Alaska Airlines for giving the thumbs up to Alaska HDTV.
Join Alaska HDTV and MacHaus for a fun seminar and special video presentation at the Alaska Wild Berry Theater. Doors open at 3pm, Sunday, May 16, 2009. See you there!
Welcome to Alaska HDTV’s new website! We hope you enjoy the new layout and more simple organization. As with any move, some things may get lost in translation or intentionally removed from the old site. Our goal was to freshen the look and reduce the clutter – we hope you’ll agree this site is much cleaner!

This first DVD of Alaska HDTV shows originally shot in high definition will include several episodes from all or series, such as SanitySavers, Adventures and our Hike of the Week shows. Some of the shows included: Hike of the week with Governor Sarah Palin, ice climbing in Wrangell St. Elias National Park and our roadtrip to Valdez to see the May Day Fly-in.
Who says an Alaska mountain guides can’t rap? Our show in Wrangell wrapped up with some rap, which is soul-felt and firmly delivered.
