The all new season of Alaska HDTV begins October 1st, 2009 offering a real mix of Adventure Travels, Hikes, People, SanitySavers and other special featured shows.
This season 2009/2010, we’re taking you deeper into winter than we ever have before! We have Skiing, Cross-country skiing, Snowboarding, Dog Sledding, Snowshoeing, Backcountry trips, Biking, Hiking, Fishing, Festivals, and Events planned – all surely to keep you busy this winter!
Never fear, we are not abandoning the podcast or our shows with Scott Slone. The number of shows we produce for the podcast may vary as we are transitioning and managing both TV and the online shows…but they’ll always be here.
Welcome to Alaska HDTV’s new website! We hope you enjoy the new layout and more simple organization. As with any move, some things may get lost in translation or intentionally removed from the old site. Our goal was to freshen the look and reduce the clutter – we hope you’ll agree this site is much cleaner!
This first DVD of Alaska HDTV shows originally shot in high definition will include several episodes from all or series, such as SanitySavers, Adventures and our Hike of the Week shows. Some of the shows included: Hike of the week with Governor Sarah Palin, ice climbing in Wrangell St. Elias National Park and our roadtrip to Valdez to see the May Day Fly-in.
