SanitySaver: A Journey Without Color

Take a journey with me across Alaska in black and white. In my travels, I’ve always taken my downtime to experiment with filming in black and white, there’s a certain feel and look I achieve vs. desaturating color footage.

I sat down one evening this week, pulled some music from one of my favorite artists Jap Jap www.japjap.net , and layered in some of my favorite black and white scenes.

Enjoy this SanitySaver!

I prefer the colorized sanity savers… I rewatch them often to soothe my frayed nerves… The bw version is creative, the audio is wonderful. The scenes and shots are a great choice. Thanks for publishing.

Great video. You’ve got me hooked on Jap Jap. I went to their site and discovered bunch of songs that I liked but I didn’t find the one you used for this episode. Which one is it?
