Greetings Rob,

Thanks for taking the time to comment. To answer your question in short, the "North of Expected" was designed to showcase their leadership in customer service. I think their efforts have paid off as well - http://bit.ly/2ynV8V

Let me ask what your flying experience with Alaska Airlines has been? vs. what you've heard?

My experience with Alaska Airlines has been positive, not to say there hasn't been an occasional burp, but overall they've always tried to make any situation right.. and while we travel with kids, that scores high with the wife and I.

As a side - I'd encourage anyone with an issue to reach out to Alaska Air.. they have their ears on. I love how connected they are honestly, from their involvement using online social networks, to playing an active part in communities, whether friend or foe, they continue demonstrates their commitment to their customer base. I can point out a dozen other business I use where I wish they would value and engage with customers - and I hope they take note ha!

Thanks again for the comment and do keep in touch!
Cheers,
Scott

Glad to see you have Alaska Airlines onboard (no pun intended) as a sponsor. Love your show and am looking forward to many more inspiring episodes, and eventually of course to seeing it all in real life!
